TIS is the specialized operation monitoring and trip analysis solution that monitors a large number of analog signals at a glance, catches impeding problem in advance and automatically traces back to the cause signal of a trip in a short time.

The essential prerequisite for operating a plant in a reliable and effective way : Monitoring a plant in real-time, catching impeding problem in advance and quickly re-starting the plant after a trip occurred. There are existing challenges for monitoring the operating status of a plant at a glance and catching impending problem in advance. In addition, analyzing the cause of a trip in a short time is necessary to restart a plant safely and quickly.

TIS consists of two main system : OMS(Operation-margin Monitoring System) and TAS(Trip-logic Analysis System)

OMS(Operation-margin Monitoring System)
While operating the running plant, OMS helps the plant operator to identify trip related events at early stage and provide useful information to the operator that can be helpful to prevent plant trip.
OMS represents a large number of analog signals on a single radar-chart.
Multiple units or plants can be configured to monitor on a single radar chart. OMS monitors status of these signals by operation margin and facilitates to monitor all trip related signal effectively.

TAS(Trip-logic Analysis System)
When gets tripped, TAS automatically provides the root-cause signal responsible for the trip in a short time.
In normal practice when a trip occurs, the first step of plant engineers shall be to find out the root-cause of a trip and restart the plant as soon as possible. These steps utilize an important factor - Time and Efforts from Technical Experts with complex procedures. TAS does above functions within a second at greater accuracy.
TAS saves trip event data in history, in future previous trip can be replayed for training or analyses purpose.
